Policies

• High Feather Ranch is a non smoking Bed & Breakfast.



• We share the Ranch with Okia, the Ranch dog, and Ebony and Chevy our Quarter Horses.



• Well behaved pets traveling with guests welcome with prior approval; please inquire in advance for details and a copy of Pet Etiquette.



• You may contact us by phone, email or use our online availability system to make a reservation. We will answer your inquiry promptly.



• Room reservations are held with a deposit on your credit card and you will receive a confirmation by email or US mail.



• In the event of a change in plans, confirmed reservations not kept or canceled with less than 7 days notice are responsible for the full amount of the stay unless the reservation can be re-booked.



• Check in is from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Later arrivals can be arranged just let us know in advance.



• Check out is 11:00 AM.
